1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on phparadise, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account — duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. 2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

All content on the phparadise platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of phparadise or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any phparadise intellectual property may result in legal action.
